The blue moon is an indicator that we are part of a second ray solar system. This is a reminder that love is the main conditioning energy of our solar system and all of the life in it. It is rare to express that pure love and compassion towards others to help heal the life on this planet.
The partial lunar eclipse, with the full moon taking place right at the end of the year, gives us an opportunity, a moment in time, to reflect upon the Spiritual Hierarchy and the far off worlds.
During the Capricorn full moon, the Hierarchy is contacted at the top of the mountain or only upon the higher mental plane.
