At Midnight of the new year, Libra rises.

Saturn is in Libra now and is exalted there. This means that with dynamic focus you can determine which way you are going to tip the scales in 2010.

Jupiter, Neptune and the planetoid Chiron have been closely aligned in the zodiacal sign of Aquarius for much of 2009. But just past the middle of this month, Jupiter is going to say “Adios” and speed away.

So before it does, you can take advantage of this magnificent configuration in considering your new year resolutions.

Jupiter encourages you to expand your thinking beyond your own little sphere and to consider what you might do to meet the needs of humanity.

Neptune calls you to seek a spiritual vision or to dedicate yourself to a spiritual ideal.

Chiron, the Centaur and teacher, inspires you to draw upon the wisdom of your own tough experiences to teach or heal another.

All in the sign of Aquarius, where the waters of life clear away your old habits, so that you can stand free to create anew.
