When I started to write an article for the full moon of Gemini, I went to Google to follow the thread of an idea that I had. The Gemini full moon is called the Festival of Humanity. It is a celebration of all our possibilities to create a new and beautiful world and, eventually, to live as One Humanity.
When I went to Google, I had no idea what wonders and visions for the future of humanity were in store for me. Before I put in my search term, I clicked on the Google logo, the one designed by children in one of the contests that they have. Then I clicked on the first listing “Doodle 4 Google” and went to the regional finalists.
Wow, our future is in good hands.
One 9 year old had this picture followed by his explanation:
What a representation of One Humanity. I love how he uses the word, must, as if this is the demand of the coming youth.
This next picture is from a 6 year old who titled it “Music Brings Joy to the World.”
Several are dedicated to bringing harmony between all nations and all religions. Many are focused on caring for animals and healing the planet Earth.
Gemini is second ray, the ray of love. The Hierarchical ruler of Gemini is the Earth. Gemini has a very close connection to the planet Earth and to Humanity. These children understand the meaning of the Festival of Humanity and that love and caring will heal the Earth.
The above doodles are two of the Google4Doodle 2009 winners.
Their message, however, is timeless.
